FJF Brut, NV

The Cuvée Brut NV is the embodiment of the Maison Frerejean Frères and a unique expression of richness and freshness.

A Harmonious blend of three grapes: 50% Chardonnay from Cote de Blancs, 30% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier both from Grauves. The final blend is aged for five years and enhanced with a gentle dosage (6,5 g per Litter) at disgorgement before a further resting period.

Upon release from the cellars, this aged Premier Cru blend displays a perfect balance of vivacity and maturity and transmits perfectly the savoire-faire of the Champagne region.

This divine nectar will give you moments of pleasure and gastronomic delight from appetiser to dessert. Fabrice Sommier, Head Sommelier Georges Blanc, 3 Michelin Stars.
