At the Cellars in Grauves, all Frerejean Frères Champagnes are aged for five years on the lees before disgorgement, under a constant temperature of ten degrees celsius.

The bottles undergo a further period of rest before shipment to ensure the optimum condition for drinking is achieved. The single vintage cuvées will take longer to mature and are constantly observed by the cellar master.

This process ensures that the cuvées are of an exceptional complexity once released while offering roundness and preserving extraordinary freshness. The combination of carefully aged nectar from the quality of Premier Cru classified vineyards has, without out doubt, contributed to the excellence of Frerejean Frères cuvées.
