Cuvée Solaire

Ode to light, the first cuvée from this range, a Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru, is the expression of the sun.

The cuvée

Three terroirs

Even though they come from chalky parcels with similar geological properties, the grapes from Cramant offer fresh and tense wines, while those from Oger have a richer and more gourmand profile. Located between these two villages, it is in Avize where fresh, well balanced and round wines are produced.

Extra Brut

Solaire is joy, pureness, glow and might.
It is a rhythm of the cycle that guides the tasting
and awakens the senses.

Tasting experience

A tailor-made kit was thought and developed by the House in three steps allowing an optimum tasting of Solaire. Three steps echoing to the cycle of the sun: dawn, zenith and twilight.
1 Open

2 Listen
Start the music.
3 Taste
Pour the champagne in the Grand Blanc glass and let yourself be carried away by the experience.

Tasting notes

Solaire evokes a dazzling color with pale gold reflections, revealing an elegant bead of fine bubbles.

On the nose, it offers a mix of complex aromas with delicate notes of citrus and white flowers, evoking the delicacy of ripe pear and apple, followed by the roundness of vanilla and fresh hazelnut.

The palette is lively and elegant, with a smooth texture. The extra-brut dosage underlines the finesse of the aromas and the energy of this wine, carried in length by a fine, chalky, mineral frame.
