The history of the Frerejean Family is deeply linked to that of Napoleon, as the Frerejean Brothers founded their cannon forgery under the Napoleonic Empire.
The current generation, marked by these values, chose to engrave two cannons as their brand, as symbols of the origins of their family.
Today, our House gives homage to the great man who raised high the values of civil life, merit and who created the cavalry order of the Hussars, with a cuvee worthy of our savoir-faire. This cuvee is composed by 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay, all from Premier Cru vineyards, and spends 5 years on lees in the cellar. Once disgorged, the House leaves it resting for around 6 months so to be sure about the stability of the champagne.
This cuvée is precious. Rare. A limited series of 8000 bottles, all numbered.

This champagnes offers aromas of dried fruits, some honey, almonds, with fresh notes of apple and pear, creamy brioche.
