Partner of Les Grandes Tables du Monde for the Encounters #2
For the second consecutive year, we are proud to be a partner of Les Grandes Tables du Monde. Last week, we were present for the event "Les Rencontres #2" which took place this year on May 11 and 12 at the two-star restaurant Tantris in Munich.
This second edition, whose theme was "shaping the future of gastronomy", was a celebration of time, where patience rhymes with excellence. In gastronomy, precise timing is essential not only for the cooking process, but also to take the time to perfectly prepare creation. A vision deeply aligned with our own philosophy: time reveals. Here, in Champagne, time is our best ally to allow wines to reveal their full potential. Throughout the weekend, our cuvées were honored during two significant moments: a welcome cocktail on Saturday evening, in the presence of 100 guests, followed by an extraordinary eight-hand dinner on Sunday for 70 guests, where the best of German gastronomy, selected by 2 and 3-renowned chiefs. Stars, was associated with our best champagnes. During these two days, Rodolphe Frerejean Taittingéreitisit, accompanied by Decharles Bonnay, our export manager, and went on stage to reaffirm our commitment to the world of Haute Gastronomy and the chiefs who, like us, let the time raise their creations.
