2020 will have been a special year for the harvest, marked by the health crisis and a yield per hectare much lower than in previous years: 8,000 kg set by the Comité de Champagne, against 10,200 kg in 2019.

Nevertheless, the summer with its exceptional weather conditions allowed the early harvest of a generous and quality grape! The technical department of the Comité de Champagne has moreover recently revealed in a press release that "2020 presents strange similarities with the marvellous vintages of 2019".

All the stars have lined up for an exceptional vintage, with a fruit perfectly balanced between acidity and sugar. 

2020 will definitely remain a memorable year!
