Do you ship everywhere?
We are currently shipping to France, England, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and hope to be able to add more countries to that list soon. Sign up to our newsletter to know when we add your country or check our list of distributors in your region here.
I mis-counted. Can I change my order?

Can I track my order? What if I’m not in when you deliver?
Once your order is on its way, our delivery partner will be in touch with a tracking number. You will be able to choose a delivery window and what you would like us to do if you are not at home.
I’m not happy with my order. What can I do?
If you have any comments, please get in touch at team@frerejeanfreres.com. We want you to love our champagnes as much as we do.
I’d love to come visit the domaine at Avize. Can I?
Yes, we would love to see you. We’re working towards opening the Frerejean Frères domaine for tours soon, get in touch at visit@frerejeanfreres.com to organise a private tasting.
