CHARACTERISTICS
Made from old vines over 40 years old, located on the Côte des Blancs and the Vallée de la Marne, this champagne of remarkable finesse reflects the purity of the terroir. The perfect harmony between Chardonnay and Pinot Noir unveils subtle and complex aromas, revealed by a very low dosage. Its long maturation allows each note to unfold gracefully, offering an unforgettable sensory experience. The addition of reserve wines enhances its persistent tension and promises a tasting of great finesse, perfect for pairing with refined dishes.

On the nose
The subtle aromas of white fruits, such as green apple and vineyard peach, blend harmoniously with notes of dried fruits and white flowers. Delicate hints of brioche and honey then add an exquisite sweetness.

Cellaring time
The Extra Brut cuvée can be cellared for up to 5 years. Store it away from light, in a dark and humid place, at a temperature between 10 and 12°C.
Service temperature
For optimal tasting, we recommend serving our wines at a temperature of 12 degrees Celsius.
Glassware
To reveal the richness of our wines, the Maison recommends the wide Absolu 40 cl glass from Lehmann, whose curves enhance oxygenation and concentrate the aromas for a unique tasting experience.
