CHARACTERISTICS

This single-vineyard cuvée stands out for its vinification, where 100% of the Chardonnays are aged in oak barrels for 12 months. It unveils woody and vinous aromas, enhanced by a long maturation on lees for over 8 years. This Blanc de Blancs, enriched with reserve wines, derives its roundness and character from century-old vines deeply rooted several meters into the Cramant subsoil, capturing the profound essence of its homeland. A rare cuvée, it embodies the soul of a great "Puligny of Champagne," an effervescent version whose depth and complexity are comparable to the finest white Burgundies.
