TASTING NOTES
The color is pale gold with silvery reflections, luminous, and offers an airy effervescence with fine and lively bubbles.
The fresh and complex nose is marked by aromas of white fruits (pear, peach), citrus (grapefruit, lemon), notes of pastries, and hints of roasted almonds and dried fruits. The attack is lively, fresh, and taut, carried by a zest acidity. The creamy and fruity palate reveals notes of citrus, particularly grapefruit. The finish is supported by great finesse and an elegant minerality. Savor this cuvée with roasted scallops for a most refined gastronomic experience. Food & Wine Pairing
