CHARACTERISTICS
TASTING NOTES

A golden hue with radiant reflections, adorned with a delicate string of fine bubbles.
On the nose
The nose, both woody and captivating, reveals aromas of finely dried spices, accompanied by notes of baked pear and ripe fig. Enchanting aromas of white truffle blend with subtle oxidation notes, adding depth and complexity to the whole.
On the palate
The extended aging in the cellar gives this wine a round and silky texture. The aromas of toasted almonds and pastry blend with a vanilla and woody finish, all enhanced by a fine effervescence and a beautiful length on the palate.
SERVICE

The Grande Réserve cuvée can be cellared for up to 10 years. Store it away from light, in a dark and humid place, at a temperature between 10 and 12°C.
Service temperature
For optimal tasting, we recommend serving our wines at a temperature of 12 degrees Celsius.

For the cuvées requiring long maturation, we recommend the psyche glass 56 cl of the Lehmann house. Designed for optimal oxygenation, it highlights the aromatic complexity and the depth of our wines, while sublimating their texture and the evolution of their aromas in the mouth.
