Official Partner of the 2025 Congress of Grandes Tables du Monde #3

Maison Frerejean Frères is extremely proud to announce the renewal of its official partnership with Les Grandes Tables du Monde for the second consecutive year. This prestigious association, which brings together the most renowned two- and three-Michelin-starred restaurants internationally, embodies excellence, innovation and tradition, values that are dear to our artisanal Champagne House. The 2025 Annual Congress was, once again, an opportunity to celebrate this shared quest for perfection.

Recognition of a Shared Philosophy

The renewal of this prestigious partnership is not insignificant. It symbolises a natural alliance between two entities guided by the relentless pursuit of the highest quality and respect for craftsmanship.

L'Écho between Tradition and Prestige

Les Grandes Tables du Monde selects establishments that are global benchmarks in haute cuisine. Similarly, Frerejean Frères is committed to producing Champagnes from vineyards exclusively located in Premier and Grand Cru plots, perpetuating a tradition of excellence with a resolutely modern approach. It is this philosophy of exceptional craftsmanship that unites us.

A Commitment to Sustainability and Local Produce

Our commitment goes beyond the product itself. Our production methods prioritise sustainability and respect for nature, ensuring that the pure expression of the terroir of the Côte des Blancs is found in each of our cuvées. This respect for ingredients and their origin is a fundamental value shared with the association's leading chefs and sommeliers.

The 2025 Congress: Highlights and Key Moments

The 2025 Annual Congress, held in Athens, was a true hub of inspiration, sharing and celebration, punctuated by events that mark the global gastronomy calendar.

Celebration of Talents and Inductions

Over three intense days, the event highlighted the future of global cuisine, notably through the induction of 18 new members and the presentation of the highly coveted Chefs and Sommeliers Awards. These awards honour professionals who excel in their art and push the boundaries of taste.

The 2026 Guide and the Future of Gastronomy

Another eagerly awaited moment was the unveiling of the 2026 Guide to the World's Finest Restaurants, a reference work for gourmets around the world. In this privileged setting, rich in encounters and passionate exchanges, Frerejean Frères reaffirmed its position among the biggest names in international catering.

The Perfect Pairing: Tasting the Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Magnum

The highlight of this event was undoubtedly the gala dinner, a special moment when our House had the honour of presenting an iconic cuvée.

The Aromatic Richness of Long Ageing

We particularly honoured our Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru in Magnum, an iconic Champagne aged for over ten years in Burgundy barrels that previously held Chardonnays Grand Cru from the prestigious Corton-Charlemagne terroir. This extended ageing period has allowed the wine to develop an incredible aromatic richness, with buttery notes, candied citrus fruits and a chalky minerality typical of Grands Crus.

The Sublimation of Starry Creations
